Oh Baby!
As a mum of two precious bundles, I know how hard it was to find fashionable maternity wear at affordable prices. Luckily, major online retailers such as boohoo.com and ASOS were providing maternity wear and I was able to find some fairly nice things for the months I was growing my babies.
But what about afterwards? Once the baby was out, and I no longer had that beautiful bump, what was I to do with these clothes other then pass them on to other mummas or give them to charity?
Recently I went to the Oh Baby! expo in Canberra. My friend Kristen was selling some of her womens clothing from her boutique as maternity wear as it was loose, light, fashionable and able to be worn during pregnancy and afterwards. The thing is, these dresses aren't actually "maternity". And that's just fantastic.
We realised that a majority of the dresses we stock can be also utilised as maternity wear! And to make it better, a lot of the Anchor & Willow designs you can then wear it afterwards as most have buttons down the front for easy access breast feeding.
My good friend Bre bought the Jaase Jamais Astri Maxi and wore it to her maternity shoot for her baby boy. I own the same dress and wore it in a branded photoshoot for my business. I'm wasn't pregnant.
We love the versatility of our ranges and hope you mumma's to be will love them too.
