What payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify Checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Zip Pay.

 

Do you post Internationally?

Yes we can! Please send us an email to anchorandwillow@hotmail.com and we can send you a quote.

 

Shipping Info?

We use tracked courier company Sendle and Australia Post for all our shipping needs. Please email us for express post quotes.

 

What is your refund policy?

If you receive a product that is not what was as described or not the product you ordered, we will replace the item or refund your purchase at our discretion minus the original shipping cost. Please inform us immediately by email at anchorandwillow@hotmail.com and return the item to the address below within 7 working days of the date of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund for change of mind.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

If you are unhappy with the size or fit of your item, please inform us immediately by email at anchorandwillow@hotmail.com and return the item to the address below within 7 working days of the date of purchase.  Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

 

Faulty items?

We check over all items before being shipped to ensure excellent quality. However, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please inform us immediately by email at anchorandwillow@hotmail.com. We will exchange an item. If it is a one off item we will refund your purchase at our discretion, minus the original shipping cost. PLEASE NOTE: this does not include items damaged during shipping.

 

Damaged goods?

We take extra care when packaging orders however, we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

 

How do I return my goods?

All items must be in original condition and unused condition with all tags attached. If the item is not in such condition, been worn, damaged or altered you will not be refunded or offered an exchange and the item will be returned to you.

Do you exchange sale items?

We do not exchange on sale items. We can exchange on other items as long as they're not damaged, still have their swing tag and unwashed. The customer is responsible for postage.
